What is PSYCH-K®?

It is a non-invasive, interactive process of change with a proven record of success for over 25 years!

A simple, yet powerful process to change subconscious beliefs that are self-limiting and self-sabotaging.

A unique blend of various tools for change, some contemporary and some ancient, derived from contemporary neuroscience research, as well as ancient mind/body wisdom.

A process that transcends the standard methods of visualisation, affirmations, will power, and positive thinking especially effective in the areas of behavioural change, wellness and stress reduction.

PSYCH-K is a ground-breaking approach to facilitating change at the subconscious level. Studies have shown that your subconscious mind process information at 400 million bits/second whereas the conscious mind process 2,000 bits per second.  Therefore, when a conscious choice conflicts with a subconscious belief, the sub-conscious wins.  Our subconscious beliefs about ourselves can be  limiting and don’t serve us in any way. This is important because our thoughts, actions and behaviours are being driven by our subconscious beliefs.  PSYCH-K enables these sub-conscious beliefs to be brought into alignment with our conscious intents.

New Direction Balance & Resolution Balance

These balances result in a balanced communication between both hemispheres of the brain in relation to a specific goal, to reduce any resistance around making changes.

We call this ‘whole-brained state’. These balances can be used to release stressful situations and or emotions, trauma and phobias.

Core Belief Balance

Using 13 pairs of core belief statements which represent issues such as loving ourselves, expecting the best to happen, or forgiveness.

This balance works with misaligned core beliefs that control your everyday life. We work to transform these misperceptions that are affecting your everyday life, and re-align more enhancing beliefs.

Relationship Balance

Helps to transform any personal issues you may have in your relationships with family, friends or work.

The balance identifies growth opportunities for each individual, and also any lessons that need to be learned in order to move forward in the relationship with a clearer perspective.


A process which uses a surrogate (substitute person) to effect change at a distance with someone who is not physically present. You or I may be a substitute for someone you know who is unable to attend a session in person, whether due to distance, illness, age etc.

Belief Points with Energy Focusing

This balance uses acupressure points on the body that represent key beliefs, and which can become blocked, preventing you form moving forward with your goal. 

By focusing energy to these belief points and boosting the energy flow, subconscious beliefs can be changed quickly and easily.

Life Bonding Balance

This balance uses the power of the breath and utilises the points known as The Hara and The Thymus to relieve the impacts of trauma and negative beliefs in your life.

There is nothing else to say but what a journey so far!! Before visiting Krystyna, I had so much anxiety and fear of the future, I was frustrated with myself for not doing better in life. I felt like everybody else around me was more important than me and I always put others first…. I was a people pleaser. Working with Krystyna has helped me to start to love and appreciate myself more than ever before and since then several opportunities have come my way and for the first time ever I have stuck to a fitness regime and so far I have lost almost 5 kilos in the past 6 weeks!!
