Kinesiology

For many people, the name Kinesiology is an unknown word, but for others, it has spelled better health.

Kinesiology is a system of natural health care which combines manual muscle testing with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy balancing and other healing modalities.  It is truly holistic, working on a person’s health from three main viewpoints:

Structural

To alleviate back pain, aching shoulders, stiff necks, tennis elbow, and many structural problems.

Chemical

To discover causes for digestive problems and resolve them. It facilitates the treatment of allergies and helps to pinpoint imbalances and nutritional needs

Mental

To give relief from emotional stress, tension, anxieties, fears, phobias and emotional distress.

As a kinesiologist we start with discussing your health status and concerns. With this information in mind I will then proceed to do the muscle testing. If a muscle tests weak it is an indication of an imbalance.

Each time a relevant factor is introduced the muscle’s response changes, like a switch. Based on this feedback you and I can devise a procedural plan.

Suggestions and advice may include nutritional supplements, lifestyle changes and more. If each person commits to taking personal responsibility at improving their own health regime.  Systematic Kinesiologists offer a safe private and personal service, attuned to your individual needs.

I can personally say this is a very powerful modality, it helped me recover from M.E. And then lead me into my new career as a health therapist and teacher of Kinesiology.

Just a note to say that I found your kinesiology treatment brilliant. As you know I was diagnosed with prostate cancer by the hospital consultant with a pretty grim prognosis. Kinesiology identified a way forward for me – and I am now cancer free. I am aware that Kinesiology in itself is not a cure, but with all the changes I have made to my life since visiting you something has worked this personal miracle for me.
